Physical Therapy Evaluation, Treatment and Exercise Prescription

COST: $120

An evaluation will include an assessment of mobility, strength and special tests to determine the diagnosis. The evaluation will also include a hands-on treatment (massage, joint mobilization and stretching) as well as therapeutic exercise. Recommendations for a Home Exercise Program will also be provided. This is approximately a 1.5 hour appointment.
